Founded by college roommates Derrick Tong and Aiden Murphy, Avelo grew from years of sharing spaces and a mutual attention to how those spaces were kept. Sofas, rugs, chairs, and mattresses shape how a home looks and feels, yet professional care can be inconvenient, overlooked, or difficult to fit into everyday life.
As we began working across different home environments, we saw how much restoring these pieces could change a room—not only in appearance and freshness, but in its overall comfort and sense of order. It reinforced something we had long believed: the spaces around us shape how we live. That became the foundation for Avelo.
That philosophy carries through to how we work. We consider the furniture, materials, and surrounding space before we begin, and treat each home as we would our own.
