What moves the price

Why ranges, not one number

Size
Seats, cushions and modules. A deep sectional is a different job from a loveseat.
Fabric
Linen, velvet and other delicate fibers take slower, gentler work.
Condition
Years of body oil on the arms and headrests needs more treatment than a refresh.
Pets and odors
Urine that reached the foam is priced after we see it, never guessed.
Access
Stairs, tight spaces or a piece that has to be moved to work around.

Sectionals, indoors and out

Having a sectional cleaned, without losing the evening.

A sectional wears unevenly: the seat you always take, the chaise the dog has claimed. We clean every module, give the high-use seats extra attention, and tell you before we leave how long each part needs to dry.

Outdoor cushions collect sunscreen, pollen and water rings. We clean patio sets in place, just as carefully.

Pet accidents

Dog or cat pee on the couch?

Urine rarely stops at the fabric. It soaks into the cushion, and the smell comes back on humid days if only the surface gets cleaned. We treat the cushion, not just the cover.

Some inserts are too far gone to save. When that’s the case, we’ll tell you from the photos or on arrival, before you pay for a cleaning that can’t fix it.

Couch questions

Before you book

All questions →
How much does it cost to have a sectional cleaned?

An L-shaped sectional is $249–399 and a large U-shaped one $299–499, depending on size, fabric and condition. Send photos of the whole piece for your own range.

How often should a couch be cleaned?

Fabric makers generally suggest every 12–24 months. With kids, pets or light-colored fabric, once a year keeps soil from setting in.

Do I need to move anything before you arrive?

Just clear small items off and around the piece. We protect the floor and handle the rest, and we’ll ask about parking and access when we book.

Why does my couch smell musty after someone else cleaned it?

Usually too much water left in the padding, or urine that was only treated on the surface. We extract as much moisture as the fabric allows and treat odors at the source.
